Note: If you cannot find a specific product in our online store, please request
a quote.
Quote Request – Request special pricing, volume
discounts, and personal assistance finding the best product for your needs.

HP Products & Contracts – Browse HP product
information, look-up tools, resources and promotions. Access HP public sector
and private strategic source contracts and build quotes.
Promotions – Check current promotions,
mail-in rebates and special offers by manufacturer name and product category,
with links to promotion details and claim forms.
Recycle & Trade-in Programs – Look-up current environmentally-friendly and
cost-saving recycle and trade-in programs by manufacturer and product category, with links to program details
and instructions.

Order Confirmation, Status & Tracking
- Order Confirmation – An order confirmation will be emailed to you
when we receive a faxed or emailed purchase order.
Note: If you do not receive a confirmation by the next business day, please
contact us to confirm your order was received.
- Order Status and Tracking – The status of your order, the ship date
and scheduled delivery date, carrier tracking information and link to carrier’s
tracking website, will be emailed to you as your order is processed.
- Backorders – If the product you ordered is on backorder, you will
be emailed the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the distribution warehouse.
And you will be notified by email if the ETA changes. Once your backorder ships,
you will be emailed the schedule delivery date and tracking information.
