All eligible education, healthcare, government and non-profit customers must be located or reside in the United States of America. Public-sector discount eligibility requirements may vary by manufacturer; therefore, the following requirements are a general overview, but may not be applicable in all cases. Main Street Technologies shall, at its sole discretion, resolve any issues relating to the eligibility of customers to purchase products at public-sector discounts.
All products purchased by eligible public-sector customers must be for internal, administrative, academic, research or instructional use and may not be resold.

To be eligible for government discounts, you must be purchasing for a local, state, or federal government agency of the United States of America, and
To be eligible for non-profit discounts, you must be a non-profit, charitable organization, and provide a copy of your "determination letter" that officially recognizes your organization's tax-exempt status under 501-(c)(3) of the IRS Tax Code. The following are not eligible for non-profit discounts:
