Heidi Mackintosh spent most of her career leading technology companies in the Silicon Valley. She has been a senior financial leader of a variety of both public and privately held start-ups, including Joyent, Inc., Lyris Technologies, Inc., Apple Computer, Inc and PeopleSoft, Inc. In 2013, she and her husband, Randy, decided it was time to become entrepreneurial and focus their energy on leading and growing Main Street Technologies. Heidi enjoys working with customers and our manufacturers and leads Main Street’s business development and enhanced vendor relationships. With her strong financial and management background, she also manages the internal and financial operations of Main Street. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward (East Bay) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Randy Mackintosh spent most of his career working for start-up technology companies in the Silicon Valley. He is excited about the technology opportunities available at Main Street for our customers. Randy is the company’s Technical Specialist, as he holds many certifications and has managed large scale IT and data center operations. In addition to having a strong technology focus, Randy holds an MBA with dual majors in Computer Information Systems and Operations & Materials Management, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Angela Hunter has led our inside sales and customer service departments for 15+ years. Angela is also our solutions architect for customer technology projects and speciality needs. She acutely focuses on finding solutions to address technology pain points with affordable pricing. Customer’s rely on Angela’s expertise and tenacity to ensure their projects have the proper technology and services on time and according to specifications. Prior to Main Street, Angela worked in technology and customer service roles in the Silicon Valley for 10+ years. Angela holds an AA degree from San Jose City College and has been with Main Street for over 15 years.
Cathy Wagner leads our order management department as well as administrative functions within Main Street. She’s been with Main Street for 10+ years. Additionally, Cathy has more than 30 years of administrative and customer service experience. She works very closely with our technology manufacturers and distribution team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and meet our customers needs. Customers and vendors rely on Cathy to provide them with timely order updates and documentation on purchases, as well as detailed invoices and required reporting. Cathy also compiles all of our contractual reporting as well as customers’ requested special reporting on an accurate and timely basis.
